Sandberg Building

Currently under construction, this project consists of over 90,000 square feet of tenant improvements, including office, cafeteria, and lobby renovations. Listed on the Register of Historic Places, this building has historical significance in the city of Tacoma as the original home to Schoenfeld's Furniture Company, and as an icon in the Tacoma skyline.
