American Hotel (Renovation)
Seattle, Washington
Built in 1925 as a single room occupancy hotel, this building is located in Seattle's International District. The project involved renovating and remodeling the existing building to become a new hotel. Material Practice was involved in predesign studies, including measuring, drawing, and photographing the original structure, and later in furnishing the building.
