Located on the north slope of Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, this unbuilt project houses a unique program of shared housing and light manufacturing uses, an atypical live/work scenario. Designed for a team of craftsmen in need of a variety of work spaces, the differing functions step down the slope, with a second story shared living facility at the north end of the site.
