Shop and ADU
Bellevue, Washington
This two story building will house a shop/garage on the main floor, with eleven foot ceilings, and an accessory dwelling unit on the upper floor. The building is sited in the rear yard of an existing residence and enjoys large windows with territorial views of the surrounding wooded landscape. This project relied on long span structural systems to allow large, column free spaces.
