-Economy. The term economy has two meanings here: financial, and economy of means. We hope to create financially sustainable buildings, and to do a lot with a little.
-Sustainability. The future of our communities hinges on energy and resources. We seek to create long lasting places that people love for generations, and minimize initial and long term environmental impact.
-Urban and Regional Planning. We understand that every one of our projects exists within a greater context, and is a part of it. We hope to contribute positively to the communities we build in, and help develop better places for living, working, and playing.
